Meet The Coaches

The Timberwolves Volleyball Club is a Not For Profit Organization.  All of our committee members and coaching staff work on a volunteer basis.  Each member of our team is dedicated to providing a fun, yet competitive experience for all young athletes.

15U Girls Head Coach

Jennifer has been coaching since 2002. Her coaching experiences began in Kingston Ontario with the Kingston Pegasus Volleyball club.  After moving to New Brunswick she has coached for St. Malachy's High, Rothesay High School and the KV Panthers. Jennifer's playing experience include club volleyball in her youth and Varsity volleyball at St. Lawrence College in Kingston Ontario. She still continues to play volleyball in VNB's senior league. In recent years Jennifer has been working with the club to develop beach volleyball in the Saint John area for Youth players.

18U Girls Head Coach

In 2017 Scott first started coaching Club volleyball in the area with the KV Panthers. He has coached boys and girls at the middle and high school level, most recently at Rothesay Park and Rothesay Netherwood School. He played five years at Dalhousie University, winning the AUS Championship all five years and a bronze medal at the CUS championship his final year. Individual awards include team rookie of the year, three time AUS MVP, three time All-Canadian, and two time Dalhousie male athlete of the year.

18u Girls Assistant Coach

Kevin was the Head Coach of Wolfpack Volleyball Club's 16U in 2017 and 18U in 2018. Previously, Kevin has coached locally at both the high school and ACAA level. From 2003-2005, he was with Simonds High School boys program. In 2012-2014 and again from 2017-2018 he coached at Harbour View High School with the girls program. From 2012-2016 Kevin excelled as the Head Coach of the UNBSJ Seawolves Women’s Program. As a player, Kevin spent four years with the UNBSJ men’s program, winning an ACAA championship in 2004-2005.

NCCP Development Certified Coach

Suzanne was a setter for four years with team Alberta. She won female athlete of the year in 1991 and her team won the silver medal at the Canada Games in 1993. Suzanne went on to play for Grande Prairie College in 1993-94 and the University of Alberta from 1994 to 1997. Suzanne won three national titles with U of A and her 1994-95 team was inducted into the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame for going undefeated that year. In addition, Suzanne's team came third place at the World Masters Games in 2005. Suzanne joined the KV Panther's club in 2016 coaching both 14 and 15U teams in the years that followed.

 

18u Boys Asst. Coach

Brett began playing volleyball in Clarenville, Newfoundland where in high school he competed nationally. In 2009 he played middle for the Newfoundland and Labrador Canada Games team. He then went on to play middle for the UNB Varsity Reds from 2010 to 2015. While playing for UNB he was a member of two AUS championship winning teams. Brett’s coaching career began in high school where he coached a Junior Varsity team from 2007 to 2009. Most recently in 2018 he was an assistant coach for the 18u male Wolfpack club.
