Beach volleyball

From June 2021 to the end of July 2021, The Saint John Timberwolves will be offering beach volleyball for boys and girls in grades 8 to 12 located at the beach courts beside the Carleton Centre Saint John. This program is both in a clinic format as well as a competitive 2 on 2 beach volleyball league.  This format has been selected this year to allow players to continue to participate in the sport of beach volleyball in the event Covid-19 outbreaks lead to the restriction of game play.  In the event this restriction happens, the 2 hr session will become instructional only.

Athletes will participate in a 2 hour session once a week. The first hour is designed to develop athletes in the skills and strategies of beach volleyball, the second hour will be in a 2 vs 2 tournament style in which players can apply the skills learned. Players will register individually and not as a team. During the hour of competition, players will select or be assigned a partner to play with.  Wins and losses will be cataloged for every individual player and at the end of the season the players with the highest points will be awarded.  If you have any questions on this years format please feel free to contact Jennifer Bauer @

Two Sessions will take place between the hours of 5pm-9pm (5pm-7pm and 7pm-9pm) either on Fridays or Sundays (See below).  Groups will be rotating time slots every week on their designated night.

Cost per player is $100.

We offer two different divisions: Co-ed 14u/15u Division Friday Nights (Players born Sept 2005 - Dec 2007)

                                              Co-ed 16u/18u Division Sunday Nights (Players born Sept 2002 - Dec 2005)
