The Timberwolves Volleyball Club is a Not For Profit Organization.  All of our Committee members and Coaching staff work on a volunteer basis.  Each member of our team is dedicated to providing a fun, yet competitive experience for all young athletes.

Grass Roots Manager

Tara played middle for three years at Dalhousie University winning the AUS conference title all three years. She received rookie of the year for Dal and the AUS, second and first team All Canadian and AUS MVP honours for her next two years. Tara was a member of Team Canada for over 5 years playing in two World Games, a World Cup and the Pan American Games where her team won the bronze medal. Tara was the alternate for the 1996 Olympic team after which she took the assistant coaching position at Dalhousie University. After her playing career, Tara was inducted into Volleyball Canada's Hall of Fame (Team) in 2004, the New Brunswick Volleyball Hall of Fame in 2010, and the Saint John Sports Hall of Fame in 2013. Tara joined the KV Panthers Volleyball Club as a Head Coach in 2014 and for the past five seasons, has coached both 16U and/or 18U every year. Tara also oversaw the KV Panthers Learn to Play programs for elementary and middle school children.



Assistant Club Director
Kevin has spent the last two seasons coaching with the Wolfpack Volleyball first as the 16U coach, last season (2018) as the 18U coach. Previously, Kevin has coached locally at both the high school and ACAA level. From 2003-2005 he was with Simonds High School boys program. In 2012-2014 and again from 2017-2018 he coached at Harbour View High School with the girls program. From 2012-2016 Kevin excelled as the Head Coach of the UNBSJ Seawolves Women’s Program. As a player himself, Kevin spent four years with the UNBSJ men’s program, winning an ACAA championship in 2004-2005.

Beach Manager

Jennifer has been coaching since 2002. Her coaching experiences include three years coaching with the KV Panthers at the 15U and 16U level, Junior Varsity Head Coach for Rothesay High School in 2016-2018 and Senior Varsity Coach for St. Mac's in 2013-2015. She has also coached 14U club volleyball in Ontario (OVA) for the Kingston Pegasus Club Team from 2002-2004. Jennifer has been playing volleyball at the competitive level for over 27 years. She played for the Quinte Cougars Club in her youth and went on to play for St. Lawrence College were she was awarded Rookie of the year in her first year and was made Captain her second year.  She continues to play today in VNB's senior league where her teams have won provincial championships.

Suzanne was a setter for four years with team Alberta. She won female athlete of the year in 1991 and her team won the silver medal at the Canada Games in 1993. Suzanne went on to play for Grande Prairie College in 1993-94 and the University of Alberta from 1994 to 1997. Suzanne won three national titles with U of A and her 1994-95 team was inducted into the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame for going undefeated that year. In addition, Suzanne's team came third place at the World Masters Games in 2005. Suzanne joined the KV Panther's club in 2016 coaching both 14 and 15U teams in the years that followed.
